Our Maintenance Agreement Includes:

• 2 Pre-Season Safety Inspections: As a member of our Ultimate Agreement you will received two scheduled safety inspections. A technician will do a comprehensive analysis of your homes HVAC system and notify you of any issues that may be present or could occur in the near future.
• Preferred Customer Status: As a preferred customer, you will receive member-only incentives, programs and specials not available to non-member customers.
• Priority Service: When you need service, you will move to the front of the line, ahead of non-member customers calling for a similar service.
• Member Discounts: You will receive A special 15% discounts from our Menu Price Guide if you have any needed repairs.
• 1 Waived Service Call: As a member, you will be entitled to one waived service call fee. A $79 dollar value
